Improve required training of security personal!

I feel that the certification of security guards should be the same nation wide!  In Arizona one is required to just watch 8 hours of video,s to complete the mandatory training.  In Louisianna one has to complete 2 days of classroom lectures for the unarmed certification.  There is no actual physical test required in ether state for unarmed certification!  Some are going into the field without fully knowing how dangerous the job can be!  The starting wage for security work should be higher then the min wage.  For security work has no tipping!
