Justice: 2 Cats STARVED to DEATH by a Teacher

Is Florida becoming a State that sees no value in Life? Whether Human or Animal?  First there was the case of Terry Shroeder - starved to death by ORDER - enacted by her Husband who had 3 children with one of his suffering Wife's Nurses!!! Now This!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Quote" Congress Middle School teacher Allison Dinsmore of Palm Beach County, Florida was facing charges of animal cruelty for allegedly abandoning her two cats for weeks, leaving them to die horrible deaths by starvation in her apartment.
Dinsmore reportedly cited her busy work schedule, long commute and a camping trip!!!! as reasons for her failure to see to the cats%u2019 needs (she had essentially moved out of the apartment and had been staying elsewhere).
Seeking information as to unpaid rent, Dinsmore%u2019s property manager discovered the cats bodies and notified authorities on February 23, 2009. "Un-Quote"

We the under-signed are requesting an appeal be made through your Justice Department and the School Board, on the case of the Congress Middle School teacher, Allison Dinsmore of Palm Beach County, Florida - who was found NOT guilty of Animal Abuse, having starved her 2 cats to death.
It is common knowledge that where there is Animal Abuse, there is Child Abuse. An inquiry at any University of choice will clarify this fact.

We the under-signed feel that this case is a clear lack of justice, irrelevant of circumstances, whether rich or poor, we all have our own unique set of problems - in life. It is how we deal with these problems that makes us who we are. There is no middle.
We do not feel that Camping Trips, Commuting Travel or Teaching is considered - hardships.
While commuting, the Teacher, Allison Dinsmore could have clearly made brief stops to assure her pet cats had ample water and food in spite of the fact that she was also negligent in paying her rent and chose not to do so to avoid her landlord. These "pets" were not left unattended for a couple of days or even a week, but they were left - forgotten - for Months!!
Acts of ir-responsibility such as this are unacceptable, especially by a Teacher.
Stopping to feed and water her cats,  would have been a five minute task that may have taken Ms. Dinsmore up to thirty minutes out of her way - ample time should have been made for this in her "busy routine".

We also feel very strongly that Ms. Dinsmore, as an educator, being an educated individual, should have made inquiries into the many other options available to her - in placement of her 2 cats - such as -
  • ** placing posters at school inquiring if any of the staff or students could give her cats a new home. (which would have been the best option)
  • ** placing internet ads at places like Kijiji.Com
  • ** Putting an Ad in the local Newspaper
  • ** Placing posters at the local community hall, arena, library, etc.
  • ** Inquiring if anyone could foster her 2 cats until new accommodations were found
  • ** surrendering them to a local county/city shelter
  • ** contacting rescues that take in cats (there are several)

It is obvious that Ms. Dinsmore chose to make a choice that resulted in  negligence that consequently caused cruel and painful deaths to her 2 cats.

We feel that Ms. Allison Dinsmore should not be permitted to teach in any state of the United States of America or elsewhere.
Please act accordingly to these acts of Ms. Dinsmore on behalf of the state and the people.

Thank You for your time to this matter.
