Medicaid to reinstate dental coverage for disabled and low-income adults

We, the undersigned, are asking for Medicaid to reinstate dental coverage for the disabled and low income adults for the state of Missouri and other states around the US.
Medicaid currently covers a wide variety of different health issues, but it does NOT cover dental for adults who are disabled and/or have low-income and cannot afford out of pocket dental coverage. In some states, it is said that dental issues is cosmetic, but it is NOT cosmetic.
Lack of dental health care can cause a variety of health issues such as heart disease, diabetes, respiratory illnesses, poor health, not to mention that lack of proper dental care can cause people not to get jobs due to the fact that their teeth are so bad that nobody wants to hire anyone with bad teeth which ends up causing people to be forced to end up on welfare.
Having bad teeth also causes people not to be able to eat properly because their teeth just end up breaking off and end up with poor health. This also leads to many people having to run up hospital bills, and various other medical costs due to the fact that so many people are ending up with different health issues that are caused by poor dental health and very severe and serious health conditions which could be prevented if Medicaid would cover dental care for adults who are disabled and/ or are low-income.
There is no reason why we should have to suffer many health issues and possible death because Medicaid won't cover dental coverage for adults who are disabled and/ or have low-income.
We ALL need a fighting chance at life and it is really unfair that children under the age of 18 or 21 get dental coverage and adults don't unless they are pregnant or blind.
There are over 33 million people in the US alone who are on Medicaid who do NOT have dental coverage because it was removed from the coverage plan because some people think that having dental health care is cosmetic and it is NOT! Having dental health care prevents diseases, allows us to eat properly, and allows more people to be able to get jobs.
Please, please reinstate Medicaid to cover dental health care for ALL adults who are disabled and/ or have low-income in Missouri and around the US. We NEED to eat just like everyone else does in order to survive and also in order to have good health.
We desperately need dental coverage through Medicaid. Please do NOT ignore this petition for better dental health care covered by Medicaid. We really need a fighting chance!Thank you in advance
