National No Drive Day

I declare that there should be ONE day a year where no vehicles are allowed to be started, used or driven.

The only vehicles allowed to be in use are emergency vehicles, public transportation such as buses or taxi's and Commercial vehicles.

This day should be put into effect on the same day as Earth day.

This day will be the one day where no car crashes, drunk drivers, animal's being hit or pedestrians will be hit. One day where the national pollution points drop drastically. Where it will be a beautiful day with very few vehicles are on the highways, road ways. Just one day a year.
