Not in my name!!

It is time to take a stand against terrorism and demand that Muslim scholars, leaders, Imams, and Presidents do so as well. I as a Muslim will no longer accept the fact that terrorists are justifying their disgusting inhuman acts of murder in the name of Islam. For far too long, terrorists have been using Islam as a cover for their horrific and murderous acts against innocent civilians, and it is time for Moderate Muslims to take a stand against extremism and such barbaric actions. The killing of any innocent life, regardless of faith, culture, or race is inhuman, forbidden, and considered an act of barbaric terrorism; therefore, I ask all Muslims like myself to take a stand and demand that Muslim leaders, Imams, Scholars, and Presidents  do the same.

1-     I as a Muslim denounce and condemn all acts of hate and terrorism against any human life, regardless of whether it is against Jews, Christians, Muslims, Atheists, Buddhists, or any other faith.

2-     I as a Muslim accept Islam as a religion of love and peace and not as a religion of hate and terrorism; therefore, I demand that terrorist not use my name.

3-     I as a Muslim will not tolerate such acts to be justified in my name or associated with my faith.

4-     I demand that Muslim leaders, Imams, Scholars, and Presidents take a strong stand against such acts.

5-     I demand that Muslim Scholars, Imams, and Leaders issue a clear statement condemning such acts and clearly stating that such barbaric acts are forbidden in Islam and will not be tolerated whatsoever.

6-     I demand that all Muslim Scholars and Imams in the United States take a strong position by issuing a clear and undisputed statement against such acts.

7-     I demand that all Muslim Leaders, Scholars, and Imams around the world to eliminate all groups that call for acts of terrorism by bringing those people to justice.

8-     I as a Muslim ask all Muslim Leaders and Imams in the United States to make it clear to all Terrorists that the Muslim Community in the United states supports and stands behind the United states, and that the Muslim Community in the U.S is part of America.

9-     I as a Muslim ask all Muslim Leaders and Imams all over the world to ban all groups who are Terrorist or support Terrorism from using Islam as an excuse for killing innocent People. I as a Muslim will not accept or Tolerate Acts of Terrorism in my name!!!!!

Muslim Scholars, Imams, Leaders, and President need to do more in fight against terrorism.
