Whereas the Ohio Capital Punishment is unjust as a result of:
1. Geographic and racial bias;
2. Risk of executing the innocent and wrongfully convicted;
3. Prosecutorial misconduct through concealed evidence and false testimony;
4. Unknown costs at a time of financial uncertainty;
5. Risk of unnecessary pain and suffering;
6. Misuse of county resources which should go to victims%u2019 families.
We the undersigned are calling on the abolishment of the Death Penalty in the State of Ohio.
