Oregon Childhood Cancer Awareness Specialty License Plates.

The first hurdle in having a Childhood Cancer Awareness specialty license plate created for the state of Oregon is to prove to the DMV that AT LEAST 1,000 will be 'sold'.  
The second hurdle is raising $10,000 to cover the up front cost of the plates.
