Overturn the new social host ordinance in St. Paul

This new social ordinance goes too far. It criminalizes something as minor as hosting a college party, something that is completely normal within the culture of the United States. The St. Paul City council has proven their own hypocrisy through the passage of such an ordinance. When those members were in college, did they ever attend a party? Chances are good that the answer is yes. This will do nothing to solve underage drinking, as has been proven by stricter laws with no results.  This law simply represents a step towards tyranny, as the government chooses to punish its citizens in a manner not befitting the crime.
