Pardon Munir and Tokeer Hussain

Neither of them have been pardoned which means that officially they are still violent offenders subject to persecution and job discrimination. Please sign, it should only take you 30 seconds.
Munir Hussain was sentenced to almost three-years in prison for attacking an armed man who broke into his home, bound and gagged him and his family, and threatened to kill them all. The burglar and would be murderer, a serial offender with more than 50 prior convictions, escaped a jail sentence for his crimes as he had many times before; Munir who has an unblemished record, did not. His brother Tokeer was handed an even longer sentence for apparently the same act.
Our justice system failed them, and it has failed all of us. Please sign this petition, they must be freed.

Your Majesty, we the undersigned wish to bring to your attention the outstanding case of Munir Hussain. He is a respected and devout Muslim businessman who has recently been handed a near three-year prison term for defending his life, and the lives of his family, during a heinous robbery in which they were all falsely imprisoned, and in danger of immediate peril during the holy month of Ramadan. His brother Tokeer suffered a similar fate at the hands of the courts although he received an even longer sentence.
The criminal, who the justice system considered victimised by Messers%uFFFDHussain, is a serial offender, and no stranger to Her Majesty's courts. The criminal has again escaped a jail term, in what is now a two-fold tragedy; a grave injustice.
We enclose the following petition in support of our claim, and to bring to your attention a worthy case in which to use your special powers of pardon. We hope that particularly%uFFFDduring the holy month in which the U.K. celebrates the birth of Jesus, you might find a way to do so. At the very least please understand your Majesty, that justice has not been served in our names.
We hope that you find the documents in order, and that something can be done for them speedily, as the appeals process may take longer than the service of the sentence which has been so unfairly metered out upon them, and vicariously their family.
