Removal of fence installed 7/3/09 at 7359 Flamingo

Please sign this petition as your opposition to the fence that was installed without consideration to any of the neighbors at 7359 Flamingo.  If this fence is allowed to remain, our block will soon be riddled with chain link fencing and have the appearance of a city block.  The reason we all live here is our gogeous view, if we allow one fence to be installed especially without our input, we will have to allow anyone who wishes to install any type of fence to do so.
The fence is in direct violation of the Clay Township ordinance, yet was still allowed to be installed per permit issued by Michael Kras, Clay Township Building Inspector even after we expressed our opposition to the fence
