Dear IRS
This is a fraud complaint against my ex-husband who has been defrauding the IRS since at least 1999. I moved in with Donald in 1999 and we married in 2003. He owned a two-bedroom house at the time. During our marriage he was able to buy a black Corvette, add two additional rooms to the house, add a driveway, new pool, add an alarm, expensive air-conditioning system, vinyl siding, vinyl fence, new roof, get rid of the septic tank, add a driveway, build a garage, a shed, a screen house, a play house for the children, bought two snowplows, a white Dodge truck, a white minivan, two timeshares, a white boat, take a vacation to Disney every year the first week of August. We have two children ages seven and four. During our marriage he inherited Scott%u2019s garage in Johnston Rhode Island. When he filed for divorce in January of 2009, he claims he only makes $850 a week. After the illegal divorce they conducted in back room chambers, he was awarded everything including all of the marital assets, and the minor children. I am fighting this illegal divorce in Supreme Court. We are still in the process of a custody battle. On May 20, 2010, he also claimed to the court in this transcript I have enclosed that he only makes $850 a week. After this illegal divorce he went out and bought a yellow Hummer. There is no possible way he can own this beautiful house and all of these assets on $850 a week. He does plow snow in the winter. I have enclosed pictures of the house, and most of the assets he possesses. In December 2009 he also paid $7000.00 for Dr. Parson to evaluate our family for custody issues in Rhode Island and has paid Attorney William Lynch for over 2 %uFFFD years for divorce and custody issues in Family Court and an appeal in Supreme Court Case # 10-404-Aat least $ 350.00 per hour. There is no way he or his family can afford this unless they are defrauding you. I think there needs to be an investigation into the business and into his personal taxes to find out exactly where all this money is coming from. His partner David Scott does not live such an extravagant life.
I never had a say in the finances during our marriage, I was told only to sign the tax returns, it is only now that I realize he has been defrauding the IRS all this time.
