STOP TRAIN WHISTLING - NORTH ANDOVER, MA

If you are one of the many families in downtown North Andover that are inconvenienced and annoyed by loud train whistles help us come together as a community and spread the word.  There is no reason for train whistles to be going all night long, waking our babies up as well as ourselves.  It is not necessary for trains to lay on the horn for long repetitions in the early morning hours!  Why can't North Andover have a "QUIET ZONE" like surrounding towns?   Living a half mile away from the tracks is loud enough,  couldn't imagine how bothersome that would be living next to the tracks.  Let's take a stand against the train whistling by signing this petition and spreading the word.  Thank you.
