Time to ban plastic forever

Plastic products of all kinds are pollutants that will last thousands of years. It is time for a permanent ban to be placed on the creation of this noxious product. We are going to have to do so anyway when oil runs out so let us be realistic and do so now and stop harming the environment and its wildlife and even ourselves. Atotal ban on their creation within 2 years from today (27 January 2012).
