TO stop hunting bears in ky in2009

I believe theres not enough bears here to hunt , plus i am training to be a ranger so protection is # 1 with me for animals so please pass this on to all we need to protect all wildlife to short of supply as is need professional petition set up help , any willing helpers out  there?. thank you kindly najin mann.
