A mile-long paved racetrack and 100 motorcycles is an inappropriate recreational use in Taghkanic.

Our sincere thanks to everybody who added their voice to the ZBA public hearing on April 21.

The ZBA are holding the comment period open for a further ten days, so please consider taking these actions, if you haven't already:

• Write a letter of protest to the Town of Taghkanic's Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) (c/o Taghkanic Town Clerk, 1031 Livingston Road, Elizaville, NY 12523) stating your objections to the racetrack. To be sure it is added to the record, your letter should arrive no later than April 30. We suggest you email a copy to us (info@grangergroup.cc) so we can make sure that your correspondence has been entered into the record by the Board.
