Pay carers in the rural community and else were what they are worth, not the minimum wage

Care in the rural community is increasingly hard to get, due to carers only being paid the minimum wage, running and maintaining thier cars is an added exspence.

, People from the rural areas who should be at home are bed blocking in the NHS and nursing home for weeks or even months at a time.
