Jail Time For All Officials In Charge Who Let Violent Criminals Out Of Jail

So many people are getting killed by these violent criminals who get out of jail and offend repeatedly. If we start holding those responsible for letting violent criminals back on the street, they would be less apt to let them out. I find that people are more careful how they run things if it is their freedom, job or money on the line. Personal accountability is the key.
