Give non custodial mothers more rights!

The issue at hand is that non custodial mothers need a voice, especially when they are victims of domestic violence. Courts have always heard one side of the story, the custodial father's side! Sling with that, there needs to be more advocates in the court rooms during the hearing. Now the child support, custodial fathers who have a past and ongoing problem with substance abuse need to show the courts on a monthly basis where the child support is spent. It isn't fair to the child(ren) to not have that money.
