Petition to make 4way stop @ Railroad and Kenndy!

This intersection has become extremely busy with the YMCA, Senior Living Apartments, and apartments across the street, Tanners Bar & Grill, plus the youth field during the summer months.  We need to have a 4 way stop put inplace to make the intersection of Railroad St and Kennedy Ave much more safer for everyone who incourters that intersection safely!  It would just make it a lot safer if you didn't have to try to dart across Railroad St so you can dodge the cars racing down the street! Also be a lot more easier to see around Tanners Bar parking lot if you can stop at the sign, and then pull up past the stop sign to see on coming traffic to make sure its safe.  It would also force people to slow down in that area which would be great for the children who visit that intersection
