To catch a Predator

We the undersigned are seeking justice and closure for a 12 year old girl that was molested and sodomized by a female who has fled the state of Missouri. We are asking the Prosecutor of St. Francois County Missouri to please review the Police Report (including evidence submitted from the internet letters, cards and other letters) and the report from the Division of Family Services, and to please proceed in issuing Warrants for her arrest so she may be expedited back to Missouri to face these charges.
The FBI in St. Louis Missouri has been contacted by the parents and has spoken with the local Police Officer handling this case, and they are willing to help this county expedite her back to the State of Missouri to face her crimes against this 12 year old minor girl.
Justice needs to be served to bring closure to this 12 year old girl and her family!! This should never have to happen to a child. If she isn't brought to justice we strongly feel she will continue to stay on the run and and do this to another unknowing family. She lives her life above the law and it is time she be expedited back and incarcerated before she hurts another child. WE ask that you please do a background check on this woman and see her past criminal history speaks for her character.
UPDATE: On Monday Jan. 5, 2009 we met with the prosecutor. She is taking the case and will issue warrants! Yeah!! There are still some legal loop holes that have to be taken care of but she will issue warrants and expedite her back to this state! I want to thank all of you that have signed this petition. Your signatures and comments mean more than you'll ever know! I want to keep this petitiion active and get as many signatures as possible so when the trial gets to the sentencing phase I can present this to the Judge to show him how the country feels about seeing justice carried out for my daughter! The impact of knowing so many people are supportive may help get the harshest sentence's possible on each charge! Please keep my daughter in your prayers and please keep passing this to friends and family! Thank you all so much!!!!
UPDATE: I really don't know how I am holding up over all this! But we had our last interview up to this point and the main detectives are on the job now! Please help keep this petition active for my daughters sake! All your signatures and remarks have more impact than you'll ever know! Hugs!
