A Complete DVD and Blu-ray release for Timothy Goes to School

I don't know if this Cartoon is any popular. But, I really like Timothy Goes to School. Anyway, I notice it only have 26 episodes. So why not a complete DVD release for this. I've notice it has multiple DVD releases in the last decade. I have a good number of them. There are 13 of them. I be buying them from Amazon.com. One problem though: 12 out of 13 are on Amazon.com, but one of them on Amazon.Ca. The title of it is, "Just In Time". My concern is how it's on Amazon.Ca and not on Amazon.com. Doesn't seem to make sense. And I don't know nothing about CDN. I don't even know if I will be able to get it. And that's way I'm asking for a complete DVD release with all 26 episodes. If anybody is interested in signing this petition, be my guest.
