Legalize Marijuana

The medical uses for marijuana are vast and to keep it illegal is a crime against against the constitution as it states that we have a right to the pursuit of happiness and I think that pain relief falls into that catagory. Then there is the many uses for hemp that could create new industry that would help us become almost recession proof and to keep this as a schedule 1 dangerous drug is insane. It goes against all common sense.
Sign This Petition and tell the President that this has to be a national law that cannot be subverted by states rights at all. It must be nationwide and universal or it just gets too complicated.
