Burns Bog petition

Burns Bog is a raised bog ecosystem covering 300ha of the Fraser River. It is the largest undeveloped urban landmass in North America. The bog is golbally unique because of its chemistry, form, size, an vegetation. Burns bog also helps reduce the impact of climate change. The company, MK Delta, has decided that they want to develop 900-1800 apartments and a shopping centre at the southeast corner of Highway 91 and 72nd Avenue (in the bog). It is hard to say when MK Delta will attempt to move forward. This is why we need as many signatures as we can, to stop them from destroying this beautiful and natural area. Thank you so much!
