US GOVERNMENT: Legally recognize non-binary genders.

Non-binary erasure and invisibility is the major reason why we have a 10x normal chance of being a murder victim, 89% chance of verbal harassment and discrimination in the workforce, as well as an attempted suicide rate among adolescents of almost 50%, the highest of any demographic in the world.
Legally recognizing these genders with an "other", fill in the blank option, or discarding sex and gender markers all together works to prevent discrimination by government officials and spread awareness about the most underrepresented group in the world.
