Justice for killed cats in Jeddah/KSA

A video of a young man in the city of Jeddah brags about shooting cats and killing them with a hunting rifle, allegedly to cause the dirt to his car.
The guy posted footage of him on Snapchat targeting cats in the street and killing them, mocking those who sympathize with them and criticize his actions.
The snap chat video shows his face features even though he tried to hide it.
We are here to collect as much signatures as we can so we as authorities in Jeddah to arrest this man and put him behind the bars!
