All we want to do is bring our creative, savory food to the streets of Providence, yet local laws make it virtually impossible for food trucks to operate. These outdated laws protect traditional brick-and-mortar restaurants from the competition of mobile restaurants and greatly hurt our growing industry. THIS IS WRONG! Support small businesses, innovation and our local culinary scene: urge Mayor Elorza to establish food truck freedom in Providence by reforming local laws so ALL businesses have the opportunity to succeed!
