In June of 2018, it was brought to our attention that there were 2 videos circulating of Bricen, our non verbal son who has Down Syndrome, being abused by his babysitters. We immediately called the Aztec police and turned in the videos. Several days later Dallas Baron and Lindsey Moss were arrested for child abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Dallas was released without the need to post bail. Since her release, 4 more videos were discovered on Dallas's phone, each showing more abuse of Bricen, bringing the grand total to 6 videos. On December 11, 2018 there will be a pre-trial hearing for Dallas and there is a plea deal on the table. We do not have the details of this plea deal, but no matter what it is, we refuse any plea and want this to go to trial. These abusers do not deserve a plea deal and they deserve the maximum punishment. This petition will be given to the judge to show that there are many many people in our community and across the world who aslo feel strongly about no plea deal, about getting Justice for Bricen, and about these abusers getting the maximum punishment.
