Return CIE 420, Wood Design under Andre Filiatrault, Ph.D.

We the civil engineering students would like the wood design course to be retained as a course elective. As a result we propose the course be offered in the Spring semester. Dr. Filatrault has agreed to teach the course, and the course will be helpful to the students future.
