Commission at AT&T needs to change!

The issue is, we the AT&T employees don't have the drive to hit higher numbers like we used to. We feel metaly trapped knowing that our commission is capped. We are not able to perform in our full potential and feel that our hard work is not being rewarded like it used to. By signing this you agree with me and my words that we want to take off our capped commission structure and change it back like it used to.
