utilities companies taking advantage of the people of this country

I am asking people to sign my petition because I am sick and tired of the utilities company and the county council they are talking us for granted. they are tearing our roads and payments apart making it look like a jigsaw puzzle. The government should see that the utilities company put things back how they originally where. they are making millions at our expense county councils have a lot to answer for. they used to inspect the jobs but no longer do so we should make the utilities pay for all the aggravation caused that they as a whole are giving to the public. making millions at our expense making our town look like third world towns and not contributing nothing to our country so please I urge you to sign my petition ALFRED PARKER
