Ending Problematic Parking Problems

I don't see how there can be parking meters in residential neighborhoods unless in front directly of a store. There is no reason why parking meters also should give you less time when you put 10 dimes in versus putting four quarters in a meter that makes no god-given sense whatsoever. There should not be different rates depending on the area either that is complete and utter nonsense and we should not allow it to continue this way. With the exorbitant prices of tickets being given out by DPT and all the money they continuously are getting on a daily or monthly basis it's disgusting. I would like to know where all the money goes cuz it sure as hell isn't going to fix the streets or the parking problems.
