Demand an End to Human Rights violations

I am currently being Accused of a crime that
" I DID NOT COMMIT " My Uncle's Scorned Ex girlfriend whom fought with the New Girlfriend So being that she didnt know Any Info on the New Girlfriend. And cause as she had stated in messages that if my boyfriend and I werent in the Picture that he would come back home. That is another reason why the Ex had my boyfriend and I arrested for Assault with bodily injury. I feel that something is wrong with this Case like our Rights being Violated Or we aren't given the chance to Prove our side of the story so therefore our Rights are being Violated and we are gonna be wrongfully convicted of a crime that we Didn't Do.
" I want us to be able to Prove our Innocence as the law says come forward and you shall be heard. So I have been doing Research on the laws and our Rights.
