CPS CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!

My daughter came to visit me during the Xmas break. During the 3 weeks she was with me I had to take I had to take her to the ER 2x, as well as deal with the harassment of the Elko County Sheriff%u2019s Office. Finally after having to endure a welfare check of my daughter on top of everything else I was forced to open up a CPS investigation on my daughters father. When we showed up for the interview Michelle Rodriquez ESQ. Had told Cynthia Bowen of the Littlefield, TX CPS office that I had had my parental rights stripped from me, when I asked for the documentation to review. I was informed by Ms. Bowen that she wasn%u2019t required to show me anything and that she was taking custody of my daughter, who at the time was wearing a very unique necklace. 14 days later I was in court and the Judge (Kline) only wanted to know how fast my daughter could be back in the hands of her father. Who was already in town - but had failed to come to court. Just so that everyone knows what kind of person her father is lets start at the beginning shall we. That way no one gets lost on this ride.
1) Her father never told me of his criminal history until I was late in my pregnancy.
2) Her fathers name is Michael James Shankel. Born in Stockton, California. 25 April 1961. His mother worked for the railroad. Was in the process of getting divorced when the judge noticed that she was pregnant. The judge assumed that she was pregnant by her husband, not her boyfriend that both her and her husband worked with. She was ultimately remarried right before Michael%u2019s birth. So the boy legally has 3 surnames and isn%u2019t really sure as to who is his father.
3) His SSN is XXX-XX-0914
4) This idiot allowed his NCIC report into family court a evidence that hes a good person.
5) Michael%u2019s NCIC Report reads as a short story of crime that can be done and still be socialable.
6) 14 - Driving Under theInfluence%u2019S, 6 Domestic Violence%u2019s with 4 women, with a terrorist threat against a woman, as well as terrorist activities against a woman., plus he was prosecuted for purchasing the necessary ingredients for Methamphetamine. While in the presence of a 2x convicted meth cooker.
And this is a suitable environment for a child??
Then I find out that Cynthia Bowen took a unique necklace from my daughter. Cynthia Bowen Is refusing to return it.
Cynthia told a Lamb County Sheriff%u2019s Deputy that me calling her office is harassment - even though all I did was ask for my necklace back. She also stated that the necklace is hers and that me demanding a necklace that she has had for years is a terrorist activity. This 2 faced lying bitch then signed an affidavit that I had said that I would (a ) take a gun and shoot her. ( not possible I have never owned a gun) (I have never attempted to buy a gun) ( I have no friends that would allow me to borrow a gun), (b) that I would make a bomb ( with what, I don%u2019t know how, I also know nothing of detonators ). Then there is her all time favorite statement - I%u2019m not required to do anything, now leave or be arrested, and you child is staying with me or else.!! So now there are 2 warrants out for my arrest though I committed no crime.
IF ANYONE SHOULD BE AS OUTRAGED AS I AM. THAT THERE HAS BEEN NO PROPER OR COMPREHENSIVE INVESTIGATIONS STARTED INTO THE ALLIGATIONS I HAVE PUT FORTH TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO VOICE YOUR OUTRAGE OF THIS STATE OF AFFAIRS TO:
