Hello To All!
I'm Kimberly and I was adopted. (Sorry this is starting out like an AA meeting..) I have never had the opportunity to meet my biological family. The state where I was born closed off all of my biological information when I was born. When I gave birth to my BEAUTIFUL daughter, I thought it may fill the void of not knowing my biological family. Though she grew my heart in ways that I cannot explain, I still have a strong desire to find out who I am and where I came from.
As much as I ADORE my adoptive family, I need to find closure. I have been on a search for many years and I keep coming up empty handed. It seems as if there is a brick wall everywhere I turn. It is apparent that my biological mother does not want to find me. It is not fair that she was able to make this decision for myself, my siblings, and my extended family. I have no medical history, I know nothing about my ancestry, and I have nothing to tell my daughter.
Please help me find my biological family.
I have searched the internet until I cannot search it anymore. Life is like book filled with chapters and I am missing chapter one.
I am begging my friends, family and even strangers to support my search. Sign this petition and help me get the chance to overturn my appeal to get my records unsealed.
