We, the undersigned residents of the greater Bloomingdale community, oppose the pending rezoning and subsequent development of 33 housing units, RZ-PD-0802 from agriculture (As-1) to Development (PD) of the +/- 10.97 acres at 4431 Culbreath Road, Valrico, FL. At a minimum of 6,600 square foot lots, the proposed 33 houses will be built close together on 5 acres of the develop. A large partition will be retention ponds.
