It is obvious the West Coast Orcas are dying from Starvation. We as humans need to help those who cannot help themselves.

We have contributed to the decline of abundant Salmon stocks there only food source predominantly Chinook Salmon, leading to increased mortality in their offspring to females of reproductive age critical to the Survival of the species.

So it is our responsibility to do whatever is necessary to stop their extinction, while their are many contributing factors ,FOOD supply is first and foremost.

We need to mandate and enforce a minimum 5 to 10 year Salmon fishing moratorium.
