Child support

My issue with child support is how unfair it is to the non custodial parent. We bust our taxes to prove for our family's and children. This person was called a dead beat cause of a bunch of lies and then being separated for 8 months now he owe her 7000 dollars back child support, he is paying 73 percent to her 27 percent and he still never gets to see his child cause she in another state. I'm not defending the one who choose not to do anything for their kids. But the one who work hard and do what they have to of the don't pay you face jail time , license revoked and their taxes going so they work hard all year for nothing just to still have nothing while the other one gets thousands of dollars at tax time to buy new cars or etc... While the other parent is barley staying above water most of the time the child support is not evening being used on the child.
