The government of Ca Mau province, Vietnam had hitted the heads, drowned and burned 15 dogs and 1 cat, because their owners have covid-19.
I want them to go to the international court and take the right action, let them know that their behavior is wrong and apologize to the owners of 15 dogs and 1 cat.
