Demand an End to Gender Discrimination At Microsoft!

Recently large companies including Facebook and Twitter, have been sued for gender discrimination. Microsoft is the latest company to be sued for gender discrimination in this concerning trend. The CEO of Microsoft has made comments about how women should not ask for raises and believe that the system will provide them.

Microsoft is 29% women, that is 29% out of more than 100,000 employees. Satya Nadella claims to want an end to the wage gap between genders but has not provided a specific plan of action for how this will be achieved. This petition is for the CEO of Microsoft to not only create, but publicly share and execute a plan of action to end gender discrimination at Microsoft.
