The Government has already announced funding for a new University College Campus in Berkeley which it hopes will form the embryo for a new energy science park creating many high grade jobs. A giant tourist based development creating 500 jobs and attracting thousands of tourists and millions of tourist pounds is contained within the emerging local plan - What an opportunity for the only bank in town.
