Terminate Superintendent Dr.Amoit Patrick Michel at the end of his current contract

Dr.Michel has become a liability. There has been numerous lawsuits which has cost the district a tremendous amount of money, some settled out and some that are already a matter of public record. We have lost a lot of great educators, some forced out, some who retired before they were really ready, and some who could no longer stand the way things are being done. All because of the total lack of concern for what is best for Salem City School District, and the students (our children). We want and need a Superintendent whom truly cares and not a Superintendent with his own personal agenda!
