End selling of animals on Facebook, gum tree, buy sell pages etc in the uk

There are a number of pictures and videos that’s show people recusing animals (dogs cats) which are being sold on social media sites for bait. Is there anyway we can start a advertisement which will lead to being shared on social media that can stop this.
