Restaurant Owner Optional Video Recording of NYCDOH Inspections

The City Council of New York is deliberating having inspectors of the NYCDOH to video record the health inspections they perform.  Living in a technological day and age, despite what city officals may say, these recordings will exsist forever.  Considering that the NYCDOH is already a tainted system there will come a time when the chain of custody of these videos will be broken.  By signing this petition it will make a statement that it should be the option of the owner to agree to a taping or not agree to a video taping of their health inspection.
