Bring back Ryan Sproul to the NEO Ag Department

Mr. Ryan Sproul was let go due to budget cuts by the legislature of Oklahoma. He along with the other Ag Department intructors were told many times to not worry all instructors in the Ag Department will have a job next year. Then I'm June they were blindsided without absolutely no idea that Ryans position would not be renewed.
Mr. Sproul was the favorite instructor by many students within the Ag Department, and he was always there with a smile on his face no matter what!
