Mandated Coverage of Infertility Treatment for state of pennsylvania

alot of people cannot afford to pay for infertility treatment without health insurance to cover it. currently there are only 15 states that mandated for health insurance to either offer or cover for infertility treatments. alot of people either have health insurance that doesn't cover it. or can't afford to pay for the infertility treatments themselves out of their own pocket. and for some adoption is not an option due to their strict guidelines. and based on how much money you have or if you own your own home. who gives the health insurance the right to say who can be parents and who can't based on how much money you have . everyone deserves the chance to be a parent. please sign this petition so everyone has the chance to be a parent and make things equal .
