two -thirds, sixty percent, did not vote that were eligible to vote in this last mid-term election, 2014,. But, the political spending was high level. For example, the state of Illinois, Gubernatorial race, totaled at least over sixty million, with private donors raising the stakes. Now, as voters, do you feel over whelmed , do you feel that vote has a strong voice ? Is it time to give voters, a chorus , in all elections ?
