Petition against United Airlines new carry on baggage policy/fee, Basic Economy option.

United is now charging for overhead bin space. So now travelers won't be able to carry on a bag and stow it in an overhead compartment without paying an additional fee. Also, there are no assigned seats in the new Basic Economy option, so people with families are not guaranteed to be sitting together. This petition is to force United from making this policy change since other airlines will follow suit if successful.  United announced that this change will bring the compnay over $1 billion dollars by 2020.  United was one of the most reliable airlines, but it's things like this that will make us all start traveling on Southwest!
