4 way stop signs

we have 2 extremely dangerous intersections and Cherry St. & Laurel Ave and again  at Olive St. & Laurel. Heavy traveled plus alot of pedestrians crossing. Currently Laurel St is a thru street with no stop signs for them at these intersections.
