Stop the Continuous Abuse of Animals!!!!!!!!

Millions of animals are left to die in the cold by their abusive owners. Let's take one of the most recent abuses.
Izzy, a female Great Dane, was supposed to weigh 100-130 pounds. When she was found, she weighed 53. She was left to starve in a garage with no food, no water, no windows and no fresh air to breathe. When a humane society officer found her, the garage was covered with feces and Izzy, was as skinny as a toothpick. Her body was covered with fleas and she was obviously shaken.
Another example is the Dog Culls in China. In fear of diseases passed from dogs, China started killing dogs on sight. Groups of people would go down the street looking for dogs to kill. That is inhumane.
For the sake of all these animals, we have to stop this horrible abuse.
