Petition to remove or Rename Psycho Donuts
A small donut shops sits on Winchester Blvd. in Campbell, CA. Their new name is Pyscho Donuts. In the donut shop there is a padded cell with a straight jacket that children can put on and take a picture with. The names for a few of there donuts are "Massive Head Trauma", "Bipolar", and "Serial Killer", just to name a few. Is this something that we should be teaching our children to make light of. In this day in age it is still hard to overcome the prejudices against people with disabilities and here we let a small business make fun of them. Please sign my petition so we can stop this sad excuse for a donut shop and ask them to change their name.
This is absolutley appalling. A donut shop in Campbell, CA that makes light of people's mental disorders as well a physical disabilities. A donut call "Massive Head Trauma" or "Bipolar" is nothing to laugh at. The donut shop thinks that this is a new and interesting way to bring in customers and the padded cell with the straight jacket is meant for children so they can take pictures. There is nothing light about Traumatic Brain Injury or any other disability, especially when we have our troops returning home with some of these same injuries. Please sign my petition so we can make these careless people take their crazy donuts off the shelf.
